Assessment first
Website submissions are requests for review, not confirmed appointments, contracts, diagnoses, or guarantees. Work is scheduled only after scope, availability, and applicable pricing are confirmed.
Aquarium and livestock risk
Aquariums are living systems. No website statement guarantees livestock survival, eliminates all disease or water-quality risk, or replaces veterinary or specialized emergency care.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is provided in a written estimate or quote based on the actual system, route, condition, materials, and requested service. Payment, cancellation, refund, deposit, and recurring-service terms are governed by the written quote or service agreement accepted for that job.
Access and conditions
Customers are responsible for accurate system information, safe access, lawful authorization to request service, and disclosure of known hazards or equipment issues. Work outside the agreed scope requires approval.
