When you request an assessment, we may collect your name, email, phone number, service ZIP, property and aquarium details, service needs, urgency, notes, consent choice, and photos you choose to upload.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your aquarium request, determine service fit, respond to you, prepare scope or estimates, schedule service, maintain business records, and improve the service.
How it is handled
Information may be processed by service providers that host the website, submissions, email routing, analytics, or business systems. We do not sell customer inquiry data. Operational analytics are kept separate from customer contact details.
Photos
Only upload aquarium and equipment photos you are authorized to share. Avoid including people, mail, addresses, computer screens, or other unrelated private information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information when legally and operationally appropriate by emailing privacy@mvaquacare.com.
